Well, since you asked! G Slade is hard at work at finally releasing his first solo album, tentatively titled  ”Heated”.  Since G Slade’s sound is a constant evolution, the album is equally evolving. “Heated” was picked as the title, to reflect G Slade’s state of mind and state of musical aggression. G Slade’s songs usually reflect one of two sentiments; “Here’s what I’m thinkin’; I don’t care what you think about it”, or “Hey guys, life is short; Let’s Party!”

What’s the status of the album? You’ve been working on it for ages!

True dat! G Slade should be MC Procrastinate! Truth be told, G Slade is a wannabe perfectionist, and is never satisfied enough to put out a product. (As of yet) He feels that if you, the listener is going to take the time to listen to his music, then it better damn well be worth hearing. At the same time, G Slade is ready to explode on to the scene and get that first album out there and out of the way, so expect a release this year, in 2011!
